Production Association for oil extraction productions and refined sunflower oil production enterprises offers a range of glandless single-stage centrifugal pumps in corrosion-resistant version with a productive capacity 3; 5; 7,5; 12,5 and 25 m3/h and head up to 50 m (table 1) that are able to work in vacuum systems at temperature of the pumped medium up to 270ºС. Taking into account the fact that these pumps work in circulation vacuum systems, impeller and guide apparatus are produced in the variant providing high suction capacity. Because of high temperature of the pumped product (up to 270ºС) leading magnetic clutch and plain bearings are separated from the high temperature area by thermobarrier case and are additionally cooled by the pumped products, being previously cooled in water or air heat exchanger (Fig. 1). All spare parts of the flow part are produced from the materials in accordance with GOST 12.2.124-90. In the stated production data these pumps are used in vacuum systems for pumping of oil (at the temperatures up to 270ºС) and also hydrogenated fat and grease. In these productions for miscella pumping (sunflower oil solution in hexane resolver with up to 10% solid suspended particles content) single- and two-stage glandless peripheral pumps (Fig.2) are used. The main specifications of these pumps are given in table 2.
